Creation

True creation draws on elements of a spiritual nature

October 4th 2025
Every human being needs to create. But unless we develop faculties that allow us to contact higher worlds, our works will be mere copies or reproductions, not true creations. It is exactly the same as when fathers and mothers reproduce their own weaknesses and shortcomings in their children; they call it creation when in fact it is only reproduction.
True creation draws on elements of a spiritual nature. Artists who wish to create must go beyond their limitations and surpass themselves, meaning that they must rise and capture elements in the celestial regions through prayer, meditation and contemplation. Only on this condition will their works be imbued with elements that lift them beyond the ordinary level of consciousness, and so merit the title of ‘creation’.*
