Everything in the universe is magic; become a white magician

Magic always implies an influence, the action of one thing upon another. If an object or a being has a positive effect on the world around it, it is said to be white magic; and if that same object or being is disruptive, bringing disorder or destruction, it is said to be black magic.
In this sense, everything can be considered magic: gestures, words, looks, sounds, colours, geometric forms and so forth. And insofar as they can affect beings―attracting or repelling them, healing or causing illness―animals, plants and stones also exert a magic influence. The sun, the stars, mountains and lakes all affect and influence us; and we, too, influence them to a certain extent. Everything in the universe is magic. You need to understand this and increasingly come to think, feel and act in a constructive, harmonious manner, for in doing so, you become a white magician.
