Changes
Think carefully before deciding to make them so as to be able to control them
August 29th 2026
Never launch a new undertaking without considering the nature of the forces that you will be setting in motion. It is always easy to trigger forces and events, but once they are in motion it is very difficult to steer them in the right direction, and even more difficult to contain them if you realize that you have made a mistake. If human beings were more aware of this, they would think more carefully before deciding to make certain changes.
Many people—filled, of course, with the best intentions—have decided to change the way things are organized, only to find that they were gradually losing control and being completely torn apart by the very forces they had set in motion. The expression ‘the sorcerer’s apprentice’ is very apt. It describes someone who, through imprudence, touches off currents that they are then unable to control or direct, and which end up destroying them.
