Do not talk about them, learn instead to connect with all the heavenly powers

Many people take extraordinary pleasure in talking about the most negative and least appetizing details of their lives and are then surprised when their friends avoid or abandon them. What a stupid attitude! It is best if you hide such details. Be aware that others cannot really help you to find solutions to your problems: they already have their own, which they find difficult enough to solve. So why burden them with yours? Not only are you wasting your time by needlessly telling them your business, but you lower yourself in their esteem and eventually they no longer value you: they come to realize that you have neither wisdom nor self-control and they drop you.
If you do not want to lose your friends, hide your troubles from them, keep quiet about them, and do not complain. Learn instead to connect with all the heavenly powers that are there ready to help you. It is they who will really help you.
