Look at the soul and the spirit of men and women

Learn to look upon men and women with a sense of sacredness, and behind their appearance and behind the shape of their body or their face, you will discover their spirit and their soul, which are the son and daughter of God. If you know how to focus on their soul and their spirit, all the creatures that you have ever neglected, abandoned or despised will seem extremely precious to you. Heaven itself, which sent them to earth in all these disguises, considers them as treasures, as vessels of the Divine.
So, instead of focusing so much on the physical appearance, wealth, social position and education of the people you meet, look at their soul and their spirit, otherwise you will never come to know their essence. Tell yourself that even those who go about this world in the guise of beggars or tramps are princes and princesses in the eyes of God who created them.
