Love manifests itself through the seemingly unimportant gestures of everyday life. Do not expect your equilibrium and salvation to come from great deeds. It is the little gestures that are the most beneficial, and if you make a habit of taking them seriously, you will develop an attitude and strength that can protect you. There are so many little things you can do! Even simply picking up something littering the street or path—a dirty wrapper, an empty bottle—or pushing aside a rock or pieces of broken glass on which someone might trip and hurt themselves.
Make an effort to always find something new to do, knowing that each small gesture carried out with diligence, sincerity and love is like a creature of light that will drive away the forces of darkness or prevent them from entering you and wreaking havoc.
