Disciples

First they are encouraged then modelled by their master

Disciples are at first like children who require nourishment, care and tenderness from their mother; this is why their Master starts by giving them affection and encouragement. Later, when they have grown and are steadier on their feet, the Master begins to educate them: he reveals certain truths that they need to hear. In this way, he sets about shaping, sculpting and modelling them, or if you prefer a different image, administering a treatment with a few injections and minor surgical procedures. Yes, that is what truth is: adjustments, shock treatment, operations… Some find the truth very difficult to hear and to bear, but for disciples who have decided to evolve and advance, it is magnificent, because they finally see what is hindering them, what holds them prisoner or leads them to make mistakes.
Only those who are truly touched by the grace of God ask for truth, however painful it may be.
