Destiny

Each of us lives their life according to the form assigned by the twenty-four elders

What is destiny? It is an archetypal form, and each person lives their life according to the form that destiny assigns to them. The twenty-four Elders represent the divine tribunal that decrees the forms of human destiny, and the physical forms that we see on earth are simply a faint reflection of those that have been decreed on high. One of these archetypal forms is projected into the womb of every pregnant woman, and it is this form that provides the basis for the work of gestation. Once these forms are decreed there is no changing them; they descend to the material plane to be realized physically.
Destiny can be changed only by changing the archetypes. There is no other way. It is useless to consult astrologers in order to take steps to avoid future trials and difficulties, there is nothing you can do. Everything is ordained in such a way that what ‘is written’ will be. The only way to ensure the forbearance of the Lords of Destiny is to accept their decrees with love and humility, in the knowledge that they are perfectly just. The wisest attitude is to consider the difficulties and trials of this life as so many problems to be resolved, knowing that they offer us the most effective means of evolution.
