Unity

Feeling ourselves vibrating in unison with all creatures

The unity that human beings talk so much about, the unity that all human beings instinctively seek, can be found in the spirit, nowhere else. Outside the spirit resides multiplicity. Hostility, possessiveness and the tendency to think oneself different and apart from others stem from the fact that human beings have drifted away from the state of perfection in which all spirits are united in their identification with the divine Spirit and know themselves to be one. There can be no manifestation of hostility in unity.
There are people who have reached such heights in this experience of unity that they feel themselves vibrating in unison with all creatures. There is no longer any separateness—all souls, all spirits are one, and they feel all that happens to others as though it were happening to them. This is precisely the purpose of Initiatic Science: to bring all human beings back to the consciousness of their fundamental oneness.
