Very few people are capable of maintaining a good inner direction. Most are forever oscillating between light and dark, so that the future always appears uncertain to them. You will ask, ‘But how can we maintain a good direction?’ By mustering all your energies and focusing them in one direction only – toward the world of harmony and love, the divine world. Even if a few clouds appear from time to time, they will not last: to the extent that you keep the right direction in mind, the time will come when you no longer stray.
Human destiny is ruled by rigorous, mathematical laws: just as your present state is the result of what you lived in the past, your future depends on the direction you give your energies now.
