Spirit of christ

Making contact with it by means of our spirit

Light was the first being created by God. Light is Christ, and Christ is the Cosmic Sun. The spirit of Christ is identical to the solar spirit.* If we learn to unite ourselves to the spirit of the sun, which is the spirit of Christ, an emanation of God himself, He will bless us with gifts of light, warmth, life, beauty, purity, health and so on.
But we cannot obtain all this simply by exposing our body to the sun. Most human beings do this instinctively and without any conscious participation, but that is not enough, for in this way they receive no more than a few rays of sunlight. In order to receive spiritual elements from the sun, our spirit must reach out to touch it, make contact with it, penetrate it, and melt into one with it. Yes, our spirit, not our skin. It is good to expose yourself physically to the sun’s rays, but if your consciousness, your intelligence and your spirit participate in the encounter, you will receive far more than heat and vitality: you will receive knowledge, illumination.
