Purity

We must understand how powerful it is

The physical or psychic problems you may experience are caused by elements foreign to your organism, and as they are foreign, they produce upsets. But as soon as you succeed in getting rid of these elements, in purifying yourself, good health is restored.
It is important to understand the power of purity and how vital it is for the proper functioning of both the physical body and the psychic body. We nourish ourselves badly—and nourishment concerns not only the physical plane, but also the astral plane (feelings) and the mental plane (thoughts)—and then we are amazed that nothing works properly. Look after purity and all blessings will come to you. Impurity drives out all your good qualities, whereas purity will make you wiser, stronger, healthier and more attractive.*
