Light

It will enter your mind only when you open the curtains

Light* cannot enter the mind of someone whose curtains are drawn. If you keep your curtains closed, light will be shut out. Light has the power to set worlds in motion, that is true, but it still cannot open your curtains for you; you must do that yourself.
As soon as they are open, light will suddenly come pouring into your room – that is, into your head and into your mind. Then, when your inner being is flooded with light and you understand just how a luminous thought can sanctify objects and creatures, you must undertake to work in this way so that, from morning to night, you may live in the extraordinary joy of sanctifying everything you touch or lay eyes on.
