Exchanges are the basis of life

Nature speaks to us, all of creation speaks to us, but because it does not use words people do not hear it.

'Nature speaks to us, all of creation speaks to us, but because it does not use words people do not hear it. However, when the sun rises how can they not feel that its light, its warmth and its beauty are telling them so many things? They pick a fruit: its form, its colour and its scent are a language, and there is such language in its taste, when they begin to eat it! Sound and movement are also languages, some of which are very easy to interpret. When someone coughs or sneezes, we understand immediately what that means, and similarly for those who walk slowly or drag themselves along. When a car makes an odd rumbling or jerks forward, we know that it is time to take it to the garage. These are just a few examples of how all animate or inanimate objects speak to us, but they can also hear and understand us.
In order to speak to animals, plants and stones and be understood by them, we must know where to find the entity governing the realm they belong to.

The entity which rules over the animal kingdom is found on the astral plane of the universe; the one ruling the plant kingdom is found on the mental plane; the one in charge of the mineral kingdom is on the causal plane, which is so far away that stones to us appear lifeless. However, stones are alive; they are alive and conscious. How do I know this? In the same way that you, too, can know it: by getting into the habit of communicating with them. Take a stone in your hand and listen to it: little by little you will feel that it can tell you the history of the earth, all the events it has taken part in and that are recorded in it, because everything is recorded. And you, too, can hear what a stone has to say. How? By speaking to it with love, for love is the universal language that all creation understands. Touch a stone with love and it will immediately vibrate differently, and it can reply with love. When you know how to speak to stones, you will be able to give them messages. You will take a stone and fill it with your love, you will ask it to bring peace and joy to the person who is going to receive it. Every time I have done this, I sensed that the stone was happy that I gave it such a mission.'
